Bank Holiday Rescue Shake

This shake is designed for one thing: to cheat your way through a 3-day weekend where there is more chocolate on display than a Christmas afternoon!

Quick, easy and something that'll get you through each day.

It "comes out" green (so no one will steal it haha) but tastes of chocolatly gooooooooooodness!


  • 2 scoops of Chocolate WHEYD / Vegan AF
  • Teaspoon of Spirulina / Greens powder (or use a handful of spinach)
  • 30g of sunflower seeds (or similar)
  • 200ml of milk / non-dairy milk
  • Splash of milk (any kind)
  • 1 Banana (frozen is better)
  • Half an avocado 
  • Handful of ice-cups
  • Optional KICK - 1 shot of coffee
BLEND and drink.
