WHEYD Protein is made from Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate, taken by the best athletes in the world and has lower fat & carbohydrate content and abundance of minerals.
It is perfect for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass due to it’s amino acid content (which are essential in providing the building blocks of new protein).
Each serving has:
- 5.2g – 5.5g of BCAA’s (18% higher than the worlds best selling whey protein)
- 2.2g – 2.3g of Leucine
- 4g – 4.2g of glutamine
- 5 X CLA than grain-fed cows whey
It’s also guilt free – with only 79 - 86 calories and 0.6 carbs (0.2g of which sugars) per serving (depending on flavour)
Directions
For a protein shake - mix 1 scoop (22/24g) with 200-250ml of water or other mixer (almond milk works well to keep calories low compared to milk).
1 flavoured serving works perfectly in a bowl of porridge or in a smoothie to get that 20g hit of essential protein!
